Semi-Custom Homes: Kenny Cook Construction can provide clients with direction on architectural plans, construction times and provide selections limited to finish items such as millwork, plumbing and electrical fixtures, counter tops and more while controlling costs through allowance pricing.

Market Homes: Kenny Cook Construction also takes pride in providing features in our market homes that you would normally find only in custom construction.
